General planning information

Calendars and calculations are provided for convenient planning. Confirm dates with official sources, your school and your employer before relying on them for work, care or travel arrangements. The planner does not grant leave or determine pay entitlements.

Permitted use

You may view, print and download our calendars for personal and internal workplace planning. Link to our pages when sharing them. Our original text, visual design and illustration may not be republished as your own commercial product without permission. This does not claim exclusive ownership of public holiday date facts.

Availability and accuracy

We aim for accurate, accessible pages but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that a source will not change after our review. Downloaded calendars do not update automatically. Please report inaccuracies through our contact email.

External services

External websites have their own terms. We do not control their availability or content. Advertising, if introduced, will not be a recommendation of an advertiser’s products.

Liability and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses from relying on unconfirmed dates or unavailable services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. New Zealand law applies.
